AB  - Over the past four years, there has been an explosion of articles on hedge funds by both academics and practitioners. In this article, the authors help the busy practitioner by providing a survey of the critical hedge fund articles that have been published over this period. The article touches upon such topics as the economic drivers of hedge fund returns, the unique risk management requirements for these investments, and how investors should consider incorporating hedge funds in their portfolios.
